It's important to have a lot of fun and enjoy your vacation. However, it's just as important to make our girlfriend experience as safe and healthy as possible.
COVID - 19
We will adhere to all COVID-19 policies for airlines, countries, hotels, restaurants, tour sites and ground travel. When you receive an information packet on a trip of interest, those guidelines will be outlined for that trip.
Money Protection
No less than 90 days before the departure date of a trip, you can receive a refund of the expected initial deposit submitted by you for the trip.
A full refund is given when a trip is cancelled by Diamond Divas or location/destination of an event. However, there are other scenarios that can cancel participation or a need to leave the event early. To ensure your financial investment is not lost, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. If you choose not to carry travel insurance, you are required to sign a waiver prior to departure.
Health & Safety
DIAMOND DIVAS: A GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE LLC. is not held liable for any injuries nor illnesses that occur on the trip; nor are exacerbated during the trip due to pre-existing conditions. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance and research if your current medical insurance covers you while traveling. Any travel insurance and medical insurance you carry should cover any and all incidents of injury and illness you experience on the trip.
In the event of an emergency, we will work with local officials to arrange for departure and/or care. Again, these expenses will be the traveler's responsiblility.
