Cancellation Policy, Refunds and Travel Insurance

 

No less than 90 days before the departure date of a trip, you can request a refund of the expected initial deposit submitted by you for the trip. A full refund is given when a trip is cancelled by Diamond Divas or location/destination of an event. However, there are other scenarios that can cancel participation or a need to leave the event early. To ensure your financial investment is not lost, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. If you choose not to carry travel insurance, you are required to sign a waiver prior to departure. If the adventure is cancelled by Diamond Divas A Girlfriend Experience or any organization, agency, business or country connected with our journey, then you will receive a full refund of deposits submitted. Refunds are made via check and will come to you in the mail within the first 60 days after the announcement of the cancellation.

DIAMOND DIVAS: A GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE LLC., has a no refund policy in the event that you cancel your trip less than 90 days from departure, or you must leave the adventure early due to personal reasons. In the event you must leave early, we will work with contracted staff to get you home. However, the cost to change your flight will be your responsibility. In order to protect your financial investment, please purchase travel insurance that will suit your needs.

DIAMOND DIVAS: A GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE LLC., is not held liable for any injuries nor illnesses that occur on the trip; nor are exacerbated during the trip due to pre-existing conditions. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance and research if your current medical insurance covers you while traveling. Any travel insurance and medical insurance you carry should cover any and all incidents of injury and illness you experience on the trip. In the event of an emergency, we will work with local officials to arrange for departure and/or care. Again, these expenses will be the traveler's responsibility.
